Description
Closed-loop pressure regulation systems for which an integrated controller electronics and pre-configured software, enabling plug-and-play operation without external control hardware can be purchased. The normally closed electrovalve architecture provides fast, accurate, and repeatable pressure adjustments.

- Redundant configuration with two 1 mm flow passages.
